Overview

Green Summer Crest is a multi-tower residential complex featuring modern high-rise blocks with stepped massing, extensive balconies, and integrated greenery. The structural system is based on a reinforced concrete moment-resisting frame combined with shear walls or a central core to provide lateral stability against wind and seismic forces. A regular column grid efficiently transfers gravity loads from the residential floors to the foundation, while the varying floor plates and setbacks are accommodated through transfer beams or transfer slabs at key levels. Cantilevered balconies and projecting terraces are designed as reinforced concrete slabs with adequate thickness and reinforcement to control deflection, supporting both the architectural expression and the vertical landscaping elements. The lower podium levels form a stiff base that anchors the towers and houses parking and services.
