Overview
This is a modern high-rise commercial tower featuring a striking dual-facade design. One side is fully glazed with a transparent glass curtain wall that reveals the multi-level interiors, while the opposite side is clad in light-colored solid panels with vertical slit windows and extensive vertical greenery (climbing plants and rooftop landscaping). The building has a clean rectangular form, open lower levels, and integrates biophilic design elements for a contemporary, sustainable urban presence.
