Exterior 3D Visualizer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality 3D models and photorealistic renderings of residential, commercial, and other architectural building exteriors.

• Create realistic exterior visualizations with accurate materials, textures, lighting, shadows, landscaping, and environmental elements.

• Prepare exterior perspectives, facade views, and architectural presentation visuals based on architectural drawings and design concepts.

• Work closely with architects, architectural designers, and project teams to understand design requirements and deliver accurate visualizations.

• Apply appropriate camera angles, composition, lighting, and rendering techniques to produce visually appealing results.

• Revise 3D models and renderings based on client feedback and project requirements.

• Ensure accuracy and consistency between architectural drawings, 3D models, and final rendered images.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

• Stay updated with the latest 3D visualization tools, rendering techniques, and industry trends.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized university.

• Candidates with relevant architectural visualization training and a strong professional portfolio will be preferred.

• Experience working in an architectural consultancy, design firm, or real estate development company will be an advantage.

Additional Requirements

• Excellent command of 3ds Max for architectural modeling and visualization.

• Strong working knowledge of SketchUp, V-Ray, and Lumion.

• Familiarity with Enscape, Blender, Photoshop, or other relevant visualization tools will be an advantage.

• Strong understanding of architectural design concepts, building materials, textures, lighting, and landscaping.

• Ability to produce realistic, high-quality exterior renders with attention to detail.

• Ability to interpret architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, and building facade designs.

• Strong creative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple assignments, and meet project deadlines.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating previous architectural exterior visualization projects is mandatory.
